Asking no. 5 would imply you are not ready for the job and that you are sure you won't get it.

Some of dis questions can make dem throw back a question at you which can be red card! Use your brain and don't just think this is a nice post even tho it is..

that depends on the interviewer.
If probably after the first session, you are asked to stay behind or come on a future date, they are probably offering you the job.
In that second meeting, you would be informed you got the job. They may also outline the condition of service, including the salary. If they didn't mention the salary in this second interview after being offered the job, it is only sensible you find out at this stage. Otherwise, in the first interview, don't bring up the salary issue unless they asked you how much you expected to be paid. It is therefore necessary to do a bit of finding out about the salary scale of the establishment before attending the interview.

An interview is supposed to act as an avenue to sell your skills and expertise to the hiring manager. It is also an avenue to ask relevant questions to the interviewer.
