The NYSC orientation programme is a set aside time of 3 weeks where all Corp members will pass through a lot of training both physically and mentally in preparation for the 11 Months service year on a strange land.

You as a prospective Corp members, you will have to pass through this process. It is mandatory in NYSC that you spend 3 weeks with Soldier in preparation for the service year.

All Corps members are expected to follow these rules for three weeks or get punished for violating any of them.

The National Youth Service Corp orientation camp is a regimented environment with so many rules that are upheld by soldiers, Man O war officials, Police officers and NYSC officials.

The rules are designed to guide the conducts of the corps members to make the coordination of their activities easy throughout their orientation programs in the camps.

According to the NYSC, corps members who break these rules may be sent out of the camp or face a trial at the camp court where the punishment for the culprit will be decided.
