Having provided your web stat. You need to also tell us your niche. It wont be ideal for someone in the medical niche for instance to link with you if your niche is on money making.

My niche is anything media,celebrity,naija,related(except money making)

please suggest how i should arrange it 

I stopped playing with forums about 2 years ago so I cannot give developer advice. Arrange the banners that are flying everywhere, get a good banner or kill the whole header banner idea entirely and just write the name of the forum in clear text at the top.

You have two problems;
1. Getting traffic
2. How to make the available traffic sign-up on your site.

The latter is more important and you should work on it. It takes a lot, and the ads on your site are not helping issues, take them off for now till you get stagnant traffic.

My own humble opinion. I'll be ready to trade links with you afterwards.

So, about how much time you spend online that's strictly family issues that I have no say in. When I was 14 there were no phones or gadgets, the closest I got to having a gadget was this big walkie talkie box I had in my bag that I could always use to call the base (home) and its twin which was with the driver  . The closest I got to a PC was cloning a "386" and installing windows version 3.1 on it before windows 95 came out! So back then it was book book book, cuz there really weren't any other options, until PS1 came into the picture 
If you do well in your studies, it may buy you some time to be online.

Come out with As and Credits and when your mum sees u on the pc she'll be like "dizzy my computer boy!"

ads have been removed there are only 2, 1 small adsense square by the left and a naijarumour banner(we are trading banners)
