Please, I have received the acceptance form soft copy but I haven't received the hard copy that ought to be sent to my faculty, I have been seeing people's comments on previous years and their stories, what should I do please

First of all, I want to congratulate you for emerging successful. Winning paid scholarships that have significant financial reward like NNPC/TOTAL could enrich you as students.

To your question emarc94, just chill ehn, the money will soon come-in after all documentations have been done. First payment usually occurs after two months max of the award list publication. They will send a confirmation mail upon receipt. It could take them some days tho, but they'll surely reply.

Lmessi (Little Messi, I think ), you still have to be patient till the hard one arrives. It'd be sent through courier, so it doesn't get dispatched almost immediately as the soft one.

Thanks 4 d reply,boss. Two months is too long sha. There's just about a week b4 the deadline and I'm seeing no sign of hard copy coming on time. Cant we just send a printed hard copy of the scanned soft copy, duly completed, back to them through a courier?

Thx for the reply as well, really appreciated but the deadline is almost over, and the hard-copy hasn't arrived, isn't that a source of worry, plus the I am even bothered about them not confirming the mail

No oo, don't do that. The hard copy coming is a thick paper also officially subscribed.
I said two months max, you could receive it earlier than that. I made that assumption because of documentation delays.

He is actually doing that because a counselor at our students affairs advised him to. Should I really not do so? Pls ur reply is urgently needed.

Bro, pls don't. Rather mail them about it as you're worried. That guy's unsystematic submission would still end up as thrash. Mark my words.
Another thing to note is that the submission of the hard copy doesn't have any deadline, it's only the soft.
