Hello Nairalanders, Please I need HR expert advise on this issue.
I am about resigning from my current place of work, by company policy notification period is one month, and I have about 23 days unutilized leave which is due around October.
My intention is to give a 21 days notification and then take part of the leave to make up.
Please HRs in the house kindly advise if this will fly.
