yeah, you have to exhaust your bonus times 10 of what your given before u can get chance of withdrawing from your bonus.
As u are given #3000, u have to play a bet #30000 with that bonus b4 u get chance to withdraw

Bet9ja bonus requires you to play 3x your bonus amount on 3 odds.

If you are given N500, 3x of that is N1500. Which means you are to stake a total of N1500 or more to redeem it.

If you play N200 and N300, you have played a combined total of N500 (3+ odds) out of N1500, just play a total of N1000 (3 odds) and that should be fine

How much was the total money given to you as bonus?
If its #100.. State #100 on 3odds.. Another #100 on 3odds.. Even if it goes south, you will be able to withdraw your balance.. Just to click redeem bonus, and its in your main account.. Let me know how much bonus you were given,so that I can explain better to you. Shalom..
