is the land still available and what documents do u have as regards to it.

one plot is gone but left with 2plots. if you are still intrested the 2plots are available.i have the documents called red copy obtained from the state government. you do not have to be afraid i am a honesty lady.

@chaircover there is light in the area and there are development and i have got info that the federal government wants to build a dry port which willl serve the northern part of the country and this will make companies to build there and very soon the price of land becomes very high., i dont know how far that is true. the area is less than 30mins drive from iwo road towards iwo town if the traffic is light. ejioku is by lalupon.

Like how many hours/minute drive from UI are we looking at? Is the land fenced? How accessible are the roads? Why are you selling? Finally, can't it go for N100k?

@holatunjiii the plots are not fenced  and it is roughly 1hour drive to UI.the plots are not far from the roads.i have 1acre and 4plots of land in that area and i am selling to get other lands and keep for future use.well i can go 145,000naira per plot.i have proof of ownership and the plots are register with the government in my name.

In my opinion, it will take Ejioku not less than 100years to be what Ikorodu is to Lagos.
Anyway I trust interested people to visit the place before making any commitment, so if they buy it will be because they like what they see and not because of all what you have said
