there various plans you can build in Nigeria, it depends majorly on three things 1. location   2. Your Purse.3. PUrpose of the Building. Supposing ur land is in Lekki , VGC< AJAH, Ikoyi (High Brow Area) then you can build Terrace building, Duplex or apartments. If the land is along a major commercial road hen you can build a shopping mall, Eatery, office complex. If the land is along a major trunk Road you can build a warehouse factory, petrol station. I can go on and on . But if only i have the information from you abt the three things i mentioned earlier on i will be able to specifically advised you better.
