Every serious Xtian must pay attention to the Words of Jesus:

You pray to God in The Name of Jesus, you have no biz with angels.
When you practice Xtianity with total obedience and love, all things work together for your good (including your guardian angel).

I tried it, and guess what, my angel is doing PP for some other person. i must have him sacked immediately. imagine that, something Demons will do for absolutely nothing but your soul

where did you see this in the bible cos i am over sure that this cannot be found anywhere in the bible. in the book of revelation it is clearly stated that nothing should be added to what is in the bible or be removed cos the consequences are disastrous. so ask yourself if you are not indirectly trying to add to what is in the bible by saying and doing this. spirit-ism is very easy to fall into so be warned. if you intend practicing this in anyway, please scrutinize it properly so you do not loose you relationship with God.

As I watch the reactions from the online public about this post, I find the responses getting more interesting every passing minute.

Honestly, I'm amazed some people do not believe that Angels do exist and that they serve certain purposes in our lives.

The bible gives graphical details of the existence, duties and relevance of God's Angels in our day to day lives.

In Job chapter 33 verse 23, the bible says, "Perhaps an Angel may come to his aid - one of God's thousands of Angels who remind men of their duty."
Verse 24 of the same chapter goes on to tell us how Angels save people from death by paying a ransome on their behalf.

Angels have been known to exist before the creation of time and in the book of Revelation, the bible decscribes how they shall act as messengers to fulfill all prophecies that shall usher in the new paradise while the earth passes away.

On the issue of Angels, two things are worthy to note:

1.) There are hierachies of Godly Angels
2.) There are also Demonic Angels

Of course, our focus is on the Godly Angels!

The achangels Micheal, Uriel, Rapheal and Gabriel are mentioned in several sections of the bible with stories or descriptions about their responsibilities/duties.

The angelic visit to Mary (Jesus' mother) by Gabriel to annouce that she shall become pregnant, give birth to a son and he shall be named Jesus is a sure enough proof of existence which no true christian can deny. Luke 1: 26-38

How about the visit, in human form, by three Angels to Abraham and Sarah in Gen. 18: 1-33
In the story, we are told how Abraham identified them (through discerning spirit) and entertained them.
In return, they blessed his wife Sarah that she shall no longer be barren but she doubted and laughed.
Eventually, we are told how God revealed His intentions about sinful Sodom and Gomorrah and we find Abraham interceding and in full dialogue with God.

We may also look at Gen. 32: 24-30 to see how Jacob wrestles with an Angel (representing God) who identified a fault in his named, changed it to Israel and blessed him.

The above scenarios are only a few of the several Angel related instances mentioned in the bible.

The term "GUARDIAN ANGEL" may sound strange truly.
The reality however is that the bible is also clear about their existence and funtions.
Every individual alive today, has a Guardian Angel assigned to him/her.
They are like the human shadow; always there, always present and always watching over us.
They act as an umblical cord between the respective human being and the Supreme being, God.

God is a spirit and although He is all around us, we don't see Him.
The Guardian Angels are permanently connected to Him and they act as messengers relaying messages and warnings from God to us from time to time.

The intended purpose of this post is to help us tune in better to their communication frequency so that we don't miss a warning or message from our creator.

The term "PREMONITION" in simple English means pre-knowledge.
Accidents have been reported (eg. plane crash, train collisions) in which the survivors have stated how they narrowly escaped by either being unable to catch the flight/train owing to lateness or by outrightly being sidelined by some other pushy or nasty passengers.

At times, we 'don't feel like' doing certain things like going out on a particular day or doing a certain business.
There are also times we just 'feel like' doing certain things in certain ways.
Feeling like doing something or otherwise are part of ways our Guardian Angels talk to us.

Majority of people who failed to agree with their spirit/mood on certain issues have had to bitterly narrate their sad ordeal at the turnout of things simply because they did not listen to thier 'inner man' warning them about the issue before hand.
While our moods may be seen as a psychological aspect of our lives, our Gauardian Angels warn us of dangers by tuning our moods as a way of communicating with us.

They also communicate with us through several other means such as our thoughts (they offer ideas or make suggestions), what we hear ( we may hear a gentle voice speaking to us) or what we see (sometimes we see visions in broad day light without realizing it).

Guardian Angels also communicate with us in our dreams.
A lot of people have had a taste at the phenomenom called "DEJA-VU".
Deja-vu occurs when you visit a new or strange place for the first time in your life and you immediately have this feeling and conviction you've been there before.
That's because you've been taken on a trip to that same place earlier in time in your dream or vision by your Guardian Angel who is trying to let you into your future ahead of time.
The purpose of such a future-travel may be for you to be informed and prepared for what the future holds for you.
Do not forget, God loves indicating His intentions about us. Read again Gen. 18: 17-19

Shocking as it appears, even baby JESUS (the would-be saviour of the world) had a Guardian Angel!!!
God's promise of protection over us humans in Psalm 91: 11-16 is heavily evident in Matthew 2: 13-17
While Jesus was yet a baby, Herod, the King at the time who had heard so much about how glorious this new King Jesus would be wanted to kill him.
Jesus's Guardian Angel appeared to Joseph in a dream and instructed him to escape to a distant land with Jesus and Mary his mother, which he adhered to.

Here are more biblical proofs for the existence of Guardian Angels.

In the Book of Daniel (specifically Daniel 10:13) angels seem to be assigned to certain countries.
In this latter case the "prince of the Persian kingdom" was referring to one of the fallen angels also known to many as a demon.
The same verse mentions "Michael, one of the chief princes," and Michael is one of the few angels named in the Bible.
In the New Testament Book of Jude Michael is described as an archangel.

In Matthew 18:10, Jesus says of children: "See that you do not look down on one of these little ones. For I tell you that their angels in heaven always see the face of my Father in heaven" (New International Version).
This is often understood to mean that children are protected by guardian angels, and appears to be corroborated by Hebrews 1:14 when speaking of angels, "Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?"

In Acts 12:12-15 there is another allusion to the belief that a specific angel is assigned to protect each individual. After Peter had been escorted out of prison by an angel, he went to the home of 'Mary the mother of John, also called Mark'. The servant girl, Rhoda, recognized his voice and ran back to tell the group that Peter was there. However the group replied, "It must be his angel"' (12:15).

It is banded about that one third of the angels left heaven with the devil leaving two thirds behind.

Angels are sent (i.e. to minister) they are not summoned.

Demons (i.e. fallen angels) however are a different kettle of fish,
