~Sauron~: He should wait for that cross when the new premiership season starts. Not in this match will he score. God punish England, France and the Super Eagles, silly teams. |

~Sauron~: The same Jabulani ball that the USA and Slovenia used quite successfully. to borrow Alan Hansen's quote, "a ball is a ball" If players didn't complain about the crappy balls they used back in the 60's, 70's. then the jabulani ball that's clearly better than its predecessor shouldn't be a problem. |

Re: England Vs Algeria - [0 - 0] - World Cup 2010 by Sauron1: 8:59pm On Jun 18, 2010 |
jalether: They might have gotten used to it in their domestic leagues. . . . England have not had the feel of this EVIL ball until now and the high altitude in South Africa has made it worse. Even Paul Scholes would struggle to get a peach of a pass here. |

Just the same way the EPL is over hyped, the Three womanliness cats are overrated |

This JABULANI is a problem for English players. I am suspecting Gonzalo Higuian and Diego Forlan must have designed the JABULANI ball |

Re: England Vs Algeria - [0 - 0] - World Cup 2010 by Nobody: 9:04pm On Jun 18, 2010 |
Rooney is invisible(just like most top strikers) England has difficulties winning a match against a low ranked team like Algeria (just like Germany, Spain, Brazil, France, Portugal etc) this is the new era of football where every statistics means sh*it and where every nation is a difficult one to beat! maybe we will start seeing some magic happening later during this tournament. . . . . . .but right now its poor! |
Re: England Vs Algeria - [0 - 0] - World Cup 2010 by gregejige: 9:04pm On Jun 18, 2010 |
How come you guys are now blaming the ball . . was it not the same ball that argentina / brazil / uruguay . . and Nigeria used? why did you not blame the ball when Nigeria lost? |

Maybe we should use "Wembley ball" or duster as ball to make our world class players get their rhythm |

Re: England Vs Algeria - [0 - 0] - World Cup 2010 by Sauron1: 9:09pm On Jun 18, 2010 |
afam4eva: We have condemned that ball since the tournament started. The ball also robbed Spain of their deserved victory. |
Re: England Vs Algeria - [0 - 0] - World Cup 2010 by jalether(m): 9:10pm On Jun 18, 2010 |
~Sauron~: The same ball that clerence seedorf without any days or months of practice tested without any hassle. as 9ja4eva said. they are professionals, some of their players are even touted as world class players, so no excuse there. |
