Have you noticed that sometimes when you call MTN numbers that are not available, you get different response from MTN such as:

- The MTN number you are trying to call is currently switched off, please try again later. Thank you.

- Sorry, the MTN number you are trying to call is not reachable at the moment, please try again later. Thank you.

- Sorry, the MTN number you are trying to reach is currently not available, please try again later. Thank you.

Please what's the difference and attached "sorry" in the other response while there is no "sorry" in the other?

Please what's your opinion?

they can't beg on behalf of the user for switching off his phone, he must have a reason.

- Sorry, the MTN number you are trying to call is not reachable at the moment, please try again later. Thank you.

they are telling you sorry cause they know the kind of sh*tty equipments they re using, maybe the network is down in his area. which is their fault. same applies to the last one.

- Sorry, the MTN number you are trying to reach is currently not available, please try again later. Thank you.
