Mr Emmanuel Wagbara is the Divisional Police Officer of Rumepirikom Police Station. He was Enlisted on the 1st of January 1989, he attended Amigbo primary school at Diobu Port Harcourt, he had his secondary education at Uvah Comprehensive secondary school Emuoha local Government Area, he also attended university of Ibadan where he had his NC bachelor degree, And finally his Advance Diploma in law, Security and Conflict solutions at University of Jos.
He has served as a patrol and guide at mile 1 Diobu as at 2004 -2005, As a DO Rumeme Police Post Agip as at 2006-2007, As a DCO Rumupakali Police Station And an Commander Federal Special Anti Robbery Squad (F-SARS) Edo state and some others.
So far he as attended some police courses like ....
Advance Detective Course in Jos,
Junior Command course,
Humanitarian law (ICRC),
Central Planning and Training unit,
Border Patrol Public Policing,
Counter Terrorist Courses,
He is a winner of several Awards. And a Believer in the Court of justice..
