how do u access e-mail accounts from ur hosting accountsn straight from the web. like a url u would type to take u to the password protected page for u to log in

Consult your web hosting provider. Email access varies from platform to platform, web host to web host.

The alternative way to access your E-mail account from hosting account, if you have installed either Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express on your computer system, then you can set up new account from either MS Outlook or Outlook Express using your hosting E-mail username, your hosting E-mail password, and your hosting incoming server (pop3) and outgoing server (smtp).

After done setting account, MS Outlook/Outlook Express will automatically retrieve all your hosting E-mail incoming messages into MS Outlook/Outlook Express for you in order to read, delete, or save messages on MS Outlook/Outlook Express. You still can use MS Outlook/Outlook Express sending emails that is replied by hosting E-mail account. (reveal hosting E-mail address publicly)
