The most annoying thing to me is that Ayefele did not mention it to all of us that that he was served demand notice on June 2017, and four other notice followed till August 2018.

He refused to respond or adhere to the directives of OYSG. As we all know if a property owner refuse to respond to govt demand notices, then govt will have to take action.

As for the case being in court, all we heard was that he went to court, but the court did not serve the govt any injunction. In fact, the 7 days ultimatum given by govt elapsed last week Wednesday according to report. All he was asked to do was to submit his plan for review, and he refused.

Now he's weaving public sympathy and sentiment around the whole issues without telling why he defiantly refused to follow govt order.
