Researches indicate Nigella Sativa is good for diabetes management.

Black Seeds and Honey reverses HIV status

In 2004, a 27 year old pregnant woman was diagnosed during her ante natal care with having HIV but she couldn't commence the antiretroviral treatment because her CD4 count was above 200 cellls/~L.

I love ginger and so do the Asians who have been using it for centuries.
However, our local ginger has a plethora of benefits for everyone; men or women, young or old. Whether it be for health purposes or beauty reasons ginger has got you covered in one way or the other.
I am fond of taking ginger particularly because it makes the eyes sharp and clears the cataracts if it is caused by excessive moisture. And majorly because ginger increases libido, boosts sperm count and sperm production in males.

Peppermint is a popular traditional remedy for a number of conditions.

Akpi or Njangsa Seeds
