it is not visible for now because Nigerian immigrants to USA have exceeded the 50,000 limit within the last five years. American lottery is for countries whose immigrants to USA are less than 50,000.

It is called DIVERSITY because America wants to absorb people from divers countries from the whole world.

Nigerian immigrants to USA get there through:
Marriage to an American, Family reunion, Stay back after education, Work permit etc. Between year 2016 and 2017 Nigerian immigrants to USA are over 160,000 which is well over the limit. More Nigerians are still receiving immigrant visa daily.
