Declares the Yoruba language an intangible heritage practiced in Afro-Brazilian religions

Historical facts shall be remembered that Oyo the lingua Franca of the Yorubas by Bishop Ajayi Crowther, who had the singular honour of perfecting the Oyo speech culture into the grammar and orthography of the Yoruba Language. The Oyo dialect has thus stuck as the language of scholarship, serious writing and research.
