Hello fellow Nairaland users. Please can anyone in the house intimate me of what access bank's pay package looks like, including their interview technique. I just wrote and passed their test.One love |

Hi Goodleader, I like your positive way of thinking. But why not relax and pass their interview before you can talk of their pay. Anyway, their pay is not bad, it may not be the best but one of the best. For ETS 60k plus 20k medical allawance but not all the time. All the best. |

@ fabiyi, Please learn not to post what u r not sure of. Access total pay per annum is 1.8m. Net take home is 92K. I confirmed from a new ET. |

@ Ogs dont say he doesnt know what he is saying, I feel the pays differ, l was even going to say, he over quoted the amount, because my frnd just got in and her salary is below 50k per month. |

Hi. congrats for passing the test. the pay is actually 30k during training sch 4 4mnths and 92k afterwards. As 4 d interview, expect questions like: About urself, Abt Access Bank, What can you offer, Your background, and about your course, there will be 2 interviews.wish u all d best. i also got a job 2days ago with Access bank. |

Mypeace, I can see that you really know what is obtainable in Access Bank. As for Ogs, I will not make any comment about the way he/she responded. I know one thing for sure as a banker, no one will disclose his/her exact take home to other people. Some may inflate it for Ego boasting while some may reduce it for personal reasons maybe not to be easily targeted for money by relatives. I know of a bank that pays ETs 2.8m per annum but their monthly take home is just 77k. So, what about that. All the best. |

@ fabiyi, Gross n net take home pay differs cos PRODUCTIVITY is attached to them n some other deductions. As for the 2.8m n 77k, i advice u make further enquiry.(If nobody will disclose their exact pay, how then did u get this figure?!) @mypeace, I believe ur friend is still in Access Bank's SCHOOL OF BANKING EXCELLENCE (Training school). She will definitely be paid 30k per month like abott said. Even GTBank pay their training school candidate 40k per month for 3 months. A friend in stanbic earns 2.2m p.a, but take home is 120k. So what r we saying here! |
