He is right. Pastors use visiting Visas to gain entry into the UK, but their intention is to go and work - raising funds via offering and tithe for either their affiliate churches or international division/branches. They also obtain fees and commissions from these fund-raising events. Consequently, such motive is a violation of the visas obtained by these pastors as they are expected to get the appropriate visas and likewise pay taxes on any fund earned in the UK or countries visited.

It appears daddy freeze has something against pastors.

Bobrisky is neither a woman nor a man

I don’t think they care about his/her gender or whatever here. Rather than saying he/she was visiting he/she may have tried to make the Border officer know about being famous and meeting fans which would have raised a red flag. Once red flag is raised, you will be asked to collect your luggage for inspection and they will search it. Perhaps they saw creams in commercial quantities in the luggage for which they will not have agreed with any explanations he would have given as they believe he would sell it
