Some goat species exist in alpine areas and are prone to climbing Such heights. Google mountain goats or Ibex.. Nothing supernatural

Goats are expert climbers &
can adapt to climb the types of trees in their
various environments in order to survive.

This may be a desert environment &
fresh grass is only available on the
tall palms,

& you know have goats love
palm leaves.

This though is extreme, but
possible.

Getting down may be a bit tougher.
