Hello WebMasters,

I am trying to learn a new web project (Laravel) from scratch but I am stuck. I'd appreciate if anyone can help with suggestions on it

1. After creating a new Laravel project called lsapp, I tried to run localhost/lsapp on browser but it returned HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found

2. After installing XAMPP, I tried to launch Apache but it shuts down unexpectedly.

Screenshots of error messages are attached below. I have googled for solutions but none has solved it.

Please, can you help figure out what I can do? I'm new to Laravel and Apache embarassed
