Pls.who has fixed this car gear?mechanic said I should pay 40k to fix brush and Sensor &it will work perfectly.I'm sceptical .I'm in dire need of advice from members.The car cannot drive or reverse.Thank you

To be sincere it's better u change the gear complete because there isn't a guarantee that it would last up to 6 months b4 it develops the same issue or worse because I have done it for a car b4 though it wasn't a totota and after few months ito developed the same issue and it was worse than the previous fault so it's better u put some money together and change the gear.
