If you can go to school I'm Ghana without jamb, Nysc shouldn't be an issue as it's limited to Nigeria.
Also, I believe you have been keeping abreast with the events of the country lately. Except you're above the age bracket don't find any excuse for not attending Nysc, no excuse is worth it except you don't have plans of residing in Nigeria for rest of your life.
