I have a 10000 mah oraimo power bank.
I recently noticed it doesn't charge my 4300 mah phone up to 2 and half rounds completely. I have test runned it coupled of times. It only charges it at the average of 2 rounds.. Totalling a number of 8900mah as opposed to its 10000 mah..

This is a normal thing in most power banks I ve used. I have two power banks cos am a heavy phone user.

The other new age 4400 mah power bank only charges my 4300 mah phone from 1-60 percent..

Please gurus in the house, why is that..

That's not how powerbanks work, the electricity is not transferred efficiently to the phone some of the power is wasted on the wire and other things.

That your power bank's quoted capacity is accurate but you will never be able to get exactly 10000mah out of it, that's just how it is with all power banks.

Power banks discharge even when nothing is plugged in. So, when you charge your phone with your full- charged power bank it will continue to discharge by itself and the power left will not be exactly as your estimate.

Read about the second law of thermodynamics bro. There's Nothing like an 100% efficient machine because entropy change is always constant. Part of the stored energy will be dissipated as heat

Yea because 1kb isn't 1000 bytes but 1024bytes. Computer stores data in bits (binary digits - base 2). A combination of 8 bits is what we know as a byte. But since we humans make our own calculations in base 10, (which is what manufacturers advertise their storage devices in), that's where the disparity comes from.
Doing the maths,
Megabyte (MB) = 1,024 kilobytes or 1,048,576 bytes
Gigabyte (GB) = 1,024 megabytes or 1,073,741,824 bytes

D same phenomenon is applied to d power bank, a power bank can't literally supply a device it whole of its energy, becos some of d energy will be lost inform of heat generated by d device been charged nd d power bank.
D only way to reduce dis a little is to switch off d device while charging
