Nemuse:well.. over here the driver might still go to jail, because he hit an escaping robber doesn't mean he has the right to be driving recklessly? Infact, he would have to pay compensation to the thief eventually. They thief will get his own punishment for thieving. prosecution and jail perhaps. |

Ubiquity:thank you for your contribution , yes the driver might be driving carelessly , but still remember the thief might be the one running carelessly , and such accident cannot be easily avoided, and the aftermath of the accident's also important so therefore if only the thief was careless and driver didn't look for escape just after the accident he might be free to move on at the end of the day you drive, thank you once again . |
