I will really appreciate the advise of people living around ebutte-metta.

Can hotel/guess house be profitable around SIMPSONS,BORNO WAY and environ?

I was advise by my cousin that the environment is too rowdy,people might not protronise it.

I prefer those area because i can afford properties there,other places are out of my budget.
