Just paid for my startimes subscription yesterday after being off for a month. Today i decided to watch one of my favorite channels (NOVELA E) i noticed d channel n some others i enjoy has been removed. What's happening pls?

Me I've tried using my startimes for some times now, and i get zero signal.. I wonder why..
