pls kindly confirm/ verify if they have started admitting law students again after the suspension placed on them some years back? Cos someone wants to put them as first choice, law in this jamb! plus, is their admission process based on merit?
pls any one who has firsthand info on the above could also be of help, to aid us make good decisions.

Don't make your conclusion from the opinions of few people you read from online. To have a better assessment, I would advise you to visit the school yourself to have first hand survey on what you want.

As far as I'm concerned, Nigerian tertiary institutions (but private and public) have little or nothing to talk about except for the negligible few.
