Experience and skill are important in any businness . With 400k you can do little retail business of fast selling consumable as you may not need lots of experience to do that . Just identify what is needed in your environment and get some stocked.
In manufacturing you can do pure water , you can manufacture bread, learn how its done start small and make your mistakes. you can invest in keke maruwa , somebody will ride it for you . That money can get two tricycles ,work out how much they deliver monthly or daily.
If you are not too sure of what to do invest in treasury bill which has guaranteed return on investment.

U can set up a Video Game Lounge in a good location. This will be a fun spot for youths and adults within the neighborhood.
Get a good location, buy video games and Tv sets, a generator and few accessories. Make sure the place is neat and comfortable. You can make between 5-10k daily and you will recover your capital
