A Twitter user has shared a photo of 1.5k pencil he bought today in Ikoyi Lagos. He said he was rushing to take an exam and therefore he needed to get a pencil. He wrote: I was really in a hurry today and needed to get a pencil for a test. You people that stay on the island, your money really be different.
