Yes we knw it is free the same way "bail is free" in all the Police Stations across Nigeria.

Nonsense is Free but you allow your agent's who's collecting bribes before giving the national ID form to applicants goes Free . you pay or they humiliate you by keeping you for hours ,I paid 1k and I was given the form immediately this is Nigeria.

Since sometime in February, 2013 that I enrolled, I have not been issued with my card, after repeated visits and online verification for status. This country is a big joke

Myself And My Wife Paid #300 Each To Register At Ileoluji In Ondo State Even When There Was Light About 3 Weeks Ago.

in 2017 during my nysc in katsina, i registered in Kankara lga 4 the 2nd time because i 4got my slip in PH and the mumu machine couldn't detect dat've registered b4

The agency is not effective at all,registered for complete five years until now the card is still not ready. Every things is corruption vises corruption. I pity the generation yet unborn.

I can not even register at ikeja local government..... They will tell you no light. Pls can one register at nimc zonal office opossite ikeja alausa? I want someone to clarify me on this.

Even in Akure, they do collect #500 for preregistration form and #100 for the printout and you said it is free

You should have asked about this at the registration centre, there are procedures to retrieving lost slip. Imagine if you get the card and it ho missing you'll opt for new registration? Smh

Even Nimc staff are seriously under paid according to there staff I spoken with in there HQ today.

my cousin went to re-arrange his name recently. but u pay through Remita for that. just approach any nearby office for enquiry

I paid 1k for this exercise 5Hundred for registration n another when u want collect the slip in Nnewi north. Guess they will demand another if I want collect the card himself
If u complain they will say that government has not be providing money for logistics for the past 3yrs. All those people working there are all fat ass.
