As a child growing up in the village, I can remember seeing something like this. But I can't remember the name or if it is edible.

Have your seen this fruit before in your neighborhood? Do you know its name or uses?

I am seriously looking for it. It is full of antioxidants. Let's keep searching, maybe we'll see someone who know where it grows at the moment.

Is it possible for you to take a picture of it? What time does it blossom? In the wild or in the farms?

I hope we will see it soon. Even if it endangered, it can be recovered via domestication.

Thank you for the update!

If the picture by the op is truly what you say it is then there are some of the trees presently fruiting here in Edo.

Good one!

Do you by chance have a picture of it, or can you please take the picture of the plant/fruit for me?
