Former United States first lady, Michelle Obama, has become a bestselling author with the publication of her memoir – ‘Becoming’, which broke sales record in 15 days.

Statistics made available by NPD Bookscan Data, has it that the book is sold more than two million copies in the U.S. and Canada. According to the publisher, the book is is also a bestseller in many countries including South Africa, the UK, Korea, and France.

‘Becoming’ features the life of the Obamas before and during their stay at the White House. In it, the 54 year old opened up on her miscarriage and her marriage difficulties with former president, Barack Obama.
