I ordered some things off aliexpress and I selected free shipping with the billing address
The goods arrived and the NIPOST delivery man in charge said I would pay for delivering to my location except I meet him.

Corruption everywhere. Last time I ordered for Tablet phone, i went to NIPOST office to collect it and they said I must pay 6k and I was like I paid for the delivery charges already online. They said I have to pay them too. He later said I should drop something " At all at all naa him bad pass" I replied him " Oga do I look like Gboy? Shishi I no get to give you" He later gave d parcel to me with annoyance.
