A 3G/4G Glo Sim Card: Its Not Sim Selective, Which Means It Works On All Sim As Far As You Are On Glo Network.
N200 Airtime
Now, You migrate to Glo Yakata Plan, Ignore this if you are already on the plan. To migrate to glo yakata plan dial *220#, and to comfirm wether you are on the plan or not dial#100#.
Once You get the above requirements, now lets move further.

Glo Yakata Plan gives you free data when ever you recharge a minimum airtime of N100, They Gives Me 50MB i don't Know yours, They might gives you upto 250MB.

Now Once You recharged N200, you get 50MB for each N100 Naira. Which means you get 100MB. Incase of mine.

The data given above lasts for 7 days. Now you have to subcribe to glo special data which valids for 3 days. Now instead of the data to expires in 3 days it adds more 7 days which makes it 10 days to expired.

I have wrote a post on how to buy the data pack, incase you are new here let me repeat it.

Dial *777#
Select 1
Then followed by 1
Then 5
Now, select 2
Then at the end 1
Inshort, *777# > 1 > 1 > 5 > 2 > 1.

Boom you get your data right into your sim card.
Note: you can subcribe as many times as possible.

The truth is that it will not be available for much longer, not because Glo could take it down anytime soon, but because other networks such as MTN and Etisalat will urge NCC to compel Glo to take it down, as it is viewed as undue advantage on Glo's part. It was for this same reason Glo had to increase its data prices after making them so cheap last year. In fact, NCC went ahead to deny Glo the opportunity of acquiring Etisalat for this same reason.

If it was up to Glo, if NCC had given Glo free hand to dictate its data pricing how ever it wants, Glo data would be dirt cheap.

This country is messed up. If you try to do something good, you will be frustrated.

What Ncc did was the best. The same glo you praised for data been cheap were part of those that forced mtn to stop free night calls.

Glo may have cheap internet but their browsing speed is poor in many locations. MTN seems to be the only network that has good network speed virtually all their network base. Very few areas experience poor network signals

That's serious. Did in the morning, it finished before 1pm. Well, I've discovered what drained the data. Google play services has been drinking my data in background. Imagine draining 2gb last evening and today.
