Lucknow, Jan 17 (Web news) The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) team, IAS officer B. On Thursday, after the raids at Chandrakal's residence, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has registered a case of alleged money laundering in connection with alleged illegal mining. This case B. The notice has also been sent to everyone involved in the case. This case was based on CBI's FIR for investigating the role of mining ministers of the state including Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav during the year 2012-16. According to the CBI FIR, Akhilesh Yadav, who was Chief Minister between 2012 and 2017, had the additional charge of the Department of Mining between 2012-2013. With this, their role is in the scope of investigation. After that, Gayatri Prajapati became minister of minisan in 2013 and after arresting a woman in Chitrakoot, she was arrested in 2017. This FIR is linked to the cases of illegal mining recorded by the CBI on January 2, 2019.

Government withdraws ban on opposition leaders: Supreme Court
On the directions of the Allahabad High Court, the CBI started investigating this matter in 2016. The CBI has registered a case under various sections of IPC against unknown people as well as government officials in this connection. FIRs have names and names of some leaders and officials, government officials.



In the illegal mining case, IAS officer B Apart from Chandrila, Adil Khan, then mining officer Moinuddin, Samajwadi Party's MLC Ramesh Mishra and his brother, mining clerk Ram Ashray Prajapati, Ambika Tiwari (Hamirpur), SP MLC Sanjay Dixit, mining clerk Ram Avtar Singh and their relatives are accused.
