Afternoon Everyone. I am hungry and decided to cook Beans and plantain altogether. I shall share every tip I used in cooking it until it's ready to be served.

I will have to wait for about 30minutes more before adding anything. This will make the beams soft enough.

Now I Added the plantain into the boiled soft beans.
After that, I added seasons (salt, Maggi, grounded pepper and finally Palm oil)

Final update!
Well prepared steaming porridge beans and plantain served with bread. Anyway the bread is optional kiss.

You can also suggest what you would like the eat with the beans.

okay guys. I can't wait to devour it. Later I'm hungry.

looks appetizing and I'm sure tastes real good as well but I'd rather have it without the slices of bread since plantain was added. Maybe pieces of smoked fish would suffice for me. Thumbs up and hope u enjoyed it?
