hey guys,A friend of mine got a job recently with Globacom as a customer care officer,but to his amazement the letter carries the letter-head of Global manpower limited.Although,the recruitment was held at the usual 25,saka tinubu and he also met Mike Adenuga at the final stage,before the appointment,He still don't understand if  this is the usual way of entering  Glo.

The simpe answer to your question is the word 'outsourcing'. The recruitment was done the 'normal' way and i'm sure the guyz at HR dept must have explained this to him (your friend).
