Please I'd love to have an idea of what it would cost me to fence a half plot of land measuring 35 by 120ft. I already have about 3200 blocks on ground, so I need estimates regarding how many bags of cement would suffice and also the cost of labor and digging of foundation for the fence and a shop in front as well. 120ft x 2sides = 240 ft/3ft x 2blocks: 160 blocks per course
35ft x 2sides (Front and Back)= 70 ft - 14ft(Gate Space with column)= 56 ft/3 x 2= 37.3 app 38 blocks per course

S0 160+38= 198 blocks per course
Block Bonding in lieu of Reinforced Column at 10 ft interval of the fence: 30 Blocks per course
Total Block Per Course; 228 Blocks X 11 Course: 2,508 allow breakage allowance of 100 blocks: 2,608 blocks will complete your fence.

Sharpsand: 30 Tons @ 60,000(Price varies per location)
Granite/Gravel for Blinding: 10 Tons: 55,000
Cement: 60 Bags X 2500
2,608 Blocks Available

Labor
Excavation,BlockWork Till Completion, Installation of gate(@ your discretion: 175,000 Naira

NB: The Estimation is feasible if the land is dry and firm. Some part of Oko Afo aredry and firm while some are water logged.

It depends, the width of the plot is 35ft, so i presume if the gate+pillars take between 14-15 feet, the shop should have a sizeable chunk of whats left, although the shop is going to be divided into 2. I sent you a PM on whatsapp
