shout out to Conservationist @Doyin_Ogunye for convincing locals on Lagos beach not to cut up an endangered leatherback turtle and eat it. Got them to release it back into the sea.
They were gonna eat it���‍♂️

They will still chop it! The leatherback need to lay eggs on the beach! It will still come back to the beach and it will still be caught! Surely the conservationists won't be around then
