Please i discovered a couple of months ago that my right testis splitted into 2 thereby making it 3 and feeling some pains down there, Pls i need help.

Go see a doctor about it. There was a guy I saw on tv who was skateboarding and landed on a pole and split his testes. He was rushed to the emergency room and they had to do an emergency operation on him. Its best for you to go to the hospital to seek medical attention.

Thanks,i talked to one and he gave me antibiotics injection and drugs but the pain only went for a couple of weeks.I went back to him and he gave me another Injection for 5 days and it doesn't make any different.I think i have to see another Dr because am so worried right now.

Please do go see another one, because this sounds very serious. The guy I saw on tv was in a lot of pain so I can only imagine what you're feeling right now.

Are in Nigeria? I'm surprised a doctor after hearing of your complaint would give you an injection and pain killers? what about doing a freaking scan to see exactly what the heck is happening in your scrotum? If you are in Nigeria, just don't go to any clinic, find a good hospital (if any) and tell to do a scan or xray! I kindda suspect u r in Naija becos no doctor abroad will hear a complaint like yours and just send you home with pain killers and antibiotic.
This is one reason I'm afraid of returning back home . The fear of being mis-diagnosed just like the doctors at the National Hospital Abuja misdiagnosed my mother with stomach ulcers when in fact she had cancer. Their explanation was, well, stomach ulcer and stomach have have similar symptoms, I'm like WTF??
I brought her to the US where she was correctly diagnosed but she died 14 days after getting here becos the can had spread to virtually all her internal organs. If only she had been properly screened.
So, my dear freeagent, go seek out a good hospital and a real doctor to diagnose u properly

Thank you Inked_Nerd! It was hard but i learnt a lesson and that is why I have taken all precaution to protect the rest of my family by opening a medical account with a Diplomatic Clinic in Abuja that caters to a lot of foreign diplomats that do not want to risk their lives at the National hospital or go to the Julius Berger Life camp clinic where they treat black people like crap. I've told my family that even the slightest headache requires immediate attention. There is nothing like "go and drink panadol" in my book again lai lai! u hear people complain of headache and die the next day and of course the first thing people say is "juju" what about the simple medical answer of an anuerism in the brain which is the main cause of headache related deaths.

Doc, It is likely that you are experiencing the symptom of underlying testicular abnormality including testicular cyst, spermatoceles, or even testicular cancer. It is unlikely to be testicular cancer due to the painful nature. Testicular cancers are not usually painful on presentation. The other conditions to be considered include, epididymal cysts or spermatoceles, which are collection of benign cysts(small , fluid filled bags). They may cause symptoms of pain and discomfort. Such problem can be surgically corrected if the pain and tenderness fail to resolve or get worse. I suggest that you follow-up with your doctor (urologist) for closer evaluation with tests including Doppler ultrasound to confirm the viability of the testes. In the meantime, I suggest that you use over the counter Aleve 1-2 pills twice daily with food as needed for pain.

Me, Thanks for the answer,my testes is always firm in the morning when am taking my bath or sometimes when i got erections and i do not have any problem keeping up with my girl friend.But whenever there's no erection,my right testes splits into 2 making it 3 and 1 will be above the other and the one on top is always paining me.Please get back to me Doc.

Doc, It is likely that this is a non-harmful cyst of the testicle or feeling of the epididymus that becomes more noticeable when there is no erection. A Doppler ultrasound would assist the doctor determining if this needs any further investigation and/or treatment. It is likely that there is no significant harm with this, and should resolve with time.

I still think you need to go see a doctor in person instead of online

There are some thing one should never joke with, one of them is your Testes, i don't think i will bring this kind of issue to a forum without having got a solution to it, you better seek medical help from a good health facility.
