oniwasi:alright but I still need to let you know what vegetables have ways of cooking it and then I have about five mentored of cooking it but I Will show you one of it and the recipe. the mentored and the recipe spices and then the ingredients. 1=>Ugwu 2=>water leavies 3=>palm oil of 75cl 4=>fresh pepper like rod 45g,tatashe35g,shombo30g,onions 15g 5=>Dry fish of 15g 6=>stock fish of 15g 7=>20g of Pomo 8=>assorted meat of 25g 10=>half tin milk of grayfish 11 =>half cup of periwinkles 12=>six level of teaspoons of salt 13=>3 cubes of Maggi 14=>25g of beef the cooking steps |
