Lampard is in charge of penalty affairs at Chelsea.
This was evident last season when Drogba attempted to take a penlaty even when we were 2 goals up . . . .but Lampard refused.

If his last few penlaty blunders are anything to go by then i think Ancelotti needs to rethink this decsion.

I don't think there is any impending disaster wrt to Lamps pen taking.
Pundits will still say he missed only two in the last 10.
Not even Drog can give you that reliability.
