Greetings. Pls whose duty is to fix a bad transformer PHCN or its users. Beacause our transformer have been bad for 2weeks now and each compound is mandated to pay some of money as to take the transformer for a recoil. And i wonder is transformer not PHCN property? If you are found touching it you would be arrested that you are tresspassing on PHCN property but when it gets bad it becomes individuals property |
