Then the judge will ask how old is the man and if he is working age (before 67), the judge will tell him to work, will ask his profession and will tell him to work lots and assign pretty high spouse and children support even if the man is not working for now, the judge assumes how much the not disabled and not old man can make and orders him to pay each month, if he can't or didn't get a job yet, it is his debt growing up no matter if he can't, the judge ordered it and once the man starts working, he starts to pay the debt and monthly support.

For the man it means becoming very poor, all is in his record, his wife gets all kind of benefits and tax returns on kids, he pays and pays.
If the man is having alimony debts, he is not allowed to travel abroad and if he does, he can lose his status in US.
