We all heard the breaking news today of a building in Ita Faaji where the unfortunate incident happen where a 3-storey building collapse that killed and trapped many lives this morning. According Twitter user Adebayo bankole akintunde share "The collapsed Lagos Island building had been marked for demolition & occupants asked to relocate last year.

Months later, the occupants came back, demolition mark erased, someone has been settled.

Now, the building collapsed, killing innocent school pupils."

Our hearts are with the families of parents who lost their children in Lagos three-storey building collapse. We share the pains of parenthood and sympathize with them .It is indeed a trying period and an unimaginable loss. It is not even about dreams but the same building was marked for demolition before and people left the building just for them to move back after a period of time.

Nigerians killing themselves since the day of colonization..we are our own worst enemies.
