That waa exactly what happened to the man. A cousin in Atlanta told me about this news several months ago. He received a whassap message with the video from Nigeria about parents not leaving their kids with strangers. He simply forwarde the video, and he entered gobe

I doubt you actually read the story, but If you did you certainly didn't understand a thing about it. This man is more of a victim of ignorance. In the US sharing or viewing child porn irrespective of how you got it is a serious offense. Last year someone sent me a video of a guy raping a 3-4 year old girl on whatsapp just to pass a message warning parents to be careful of who you leave your kids with. If this person lives in the USA he can goto prison for sharing this video and its a serious offense. I believe you own a laptop, and I bet 100% of your programs are cracked versions, if you live in the USA and install cracked programs on your computer and you get caught the company that owns the software will sue your ass off or you goto jail for piracy.

So please don't judge him, Canada doesn't think he should go to jail for it that is why they allowed him stay in Canada without charges.

Most Africans don't understand that forwarding videos that contains under age kids having sex with an adult or with another kids is an offense in all the western countries and some other part of the world.
I bet the guy was not aware of it. Unfortunately in law, ignorance is not a defense.
