@patimah & @all, i just recieved news 4rm bejay dat d V.C refused d released of d admission list dis week, because some dept ar stil writing exams. & dat till 21st of oct 2010 before it wil be released. But dat not witstanding anything can happen b4 then. It is another chance 4 we 2 pray hard, if we were not praying b4.

STAY FOCUS.

Lets just say the list will be released b4 25th of this month.

I heard dat d cut off mark mark for medicine is 250 but my score is 226 4rm kwara state hope they give me another course sha.

Pls somebody should plese tell me the cut-off mark for geology frm a reliable source pleseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

There is something we cease 2 understand. As we speak, d list is already intact, just waiting 2 b released. Knowing d cut off mark can not change wat has been d awaiting list. The best thing now is 2 be faithful & prayerful to God, so dat our names be included in d list.

@kogistan,Tanx.My brother is back on field now all what he has to do to prove his fitness is to score,stevet will understand what i mean better.@Eudosa,How are u able to know 135 people in your department score?@All,i think this is the best time to help eachother out.If someone knows somebody in ABU weather he is a lecturer,admission office,vc,Dean of any faculty or any Teaching staffs in Abu that wants to help him or her out shld inform that person about other prospective student seeking admission here,who knws he can be of help pls lets be our brothers keeper.Although God help those who help themselves we shld also try to be of assitant to one another.What i know surely is that God wont desend from heaven to help us he sent people like us,God help those who help themselves.What i knw surely and believe strongly is that WE WILL ALL MAKE IT TO THE PROMISE LAND THAT WILL DETERMINE OUR FUTURE IN LIFE THE LAND OF ABU.Thanks.

when should we be expecting the list now, and is it true about the cut off mark cos I'm really fed up

The cutoff ar determined by d number of candidate who applied in any dept. And by d rate of scores gotten by such number of candidate e.g if 550 candidate applied 4 a particular dept, & 450 pass above 240 as deir average & dey only need 100 student, eventually dey hav 2 high d cut off mark in such a way dat 300 candidate wil be drop out 4 only 100 dat dey need. Dats just wat abu zaria did.

Pls u guyz should help me out i have been given admission 2 kwara state polytechnic which i did not even sit 4 their post ume but i hope it won't disturb my admission with ABU.

@sodit, i was also offerd admission into Nuhu bamali polytechnic, zaria. I believe it is not my most prefered 1st choice, but abu zaria. GOD HELP US.

It mean our dept accepted ur application & our post utme performance. Those who saw their picture there, am sorry 2 say dat u dept did not accept ur application because of either low post utme score, or may be u don't hav d requirement. @ E.u edosa, we just only hav 2 pray & ur admissn struggle wil come 2 past & note: does who apply wit awaiting O'level ar not included in dis observation. @ all, if i may hav wrong any wit dis observation, should find a place in his or her heart 2 4give me. But stil dats d fact.

it does not mean anytin. And if u ar not sure just go to d admission list of agric department and pick up 2 5 reg no , then go to abu website and check deir results. Hardly u wil find deir pics there, so there4 , am sorry 2 say, that is not a good observation.

@ benny, don't loose because ur dept accepted ur post utme application form due 2 ur post utme result performance, i hav friends who got low score in pume & deir pictures were shown 2 them, but ur awaiting result wil need 2 meet requirement. @ arogso, first of all is there post utme result 4 ND or B.sc? remember dey applied 4 ND, those who applied 4 B.sc ar waiting 4 d general admissn list. So ponder.
