The West Africa Association of Customer Service Professional (WAACSP) established amongst all 17 West African countries since 2016 have been a recruiting ground for customer service and allied jobs.

A whole lot of companies are recruiting from WAACSP

FACEBOOK business, Google, Zoom, SmallPDF, and so many tech companies are setting up customer contact centres in Africa with Kenya and Ghana their hub. They will be recruiting CX professionals per region who have international and local language abilities.

We can’t allow other countries fill in these positions especially in West Africa where Nigeria is the biggest market.

Membership of WAACSP is FREE to Nigerians but a nominal membership processing fee is required.
