I have one at home. how fast the charger is depends on the size of the solar panel and also the intensity of the sun. Since the intensity of the sun varies throughout the day so will the Volta of the charger.

It will be better if you already own a power bank so that you can use the solar charger to charge the power bank instead of using it to charge your phone directly.

Note that solar powered chargers are really slow so you will need one with a panel that is roughly the same size as an A4 paper to charge your phone effectively.

#8,000 as at 2013, it was actually a led lamp for camping, but it also came with a solar panel.
